Vendor Spotlight: La Tavola Linens

When it comes to your wedding day, the magic is in the details. From floor plans to your soundtrack, no detail should be overlooked – especially not linens! Some venues provide basic linens, but what these lack are the style and intention that a specialty linen can bring. There are so many opportunities to use linens in your space so we’ve turned to the experts at La Tavola Linens to give you the inside scoop! With the help of Sarah Schweyer Photography we were able to capture some of the Sacramento Showroom magic + the inspiration their space fosters for brides to be.

After our interview with Sacramento Showroom Specialists Joli + Heather it’s clear that what sets La Tavola Linens apart from other linen rental companies is the high quality of all the services they offer.

Heather: “Our linens are all hand sewn, and hand inspected at our Napa warehouse.”

Joli: “Our linens are all mitered instead of surged and cloth lined making them the highest quality.”

La Tavola offers table linens, table runners, aisle runners, seat cushions, pillows, and even beanbags to highlight this seasons trends of vibrant colors, neon tones, moody mauves, and greenery inspired prints!

In addition to their linens, La Tavola’s Showroom Specialists are so talented! They have all the supplies and creativity to transform your your vision of style into reality for your special day.

Heather: “I love that we get to be so creative, and that we get to be a specialist of our niche.”

Their showroom has tableware, decor, napkins, and hundreds of table linens to let you mix + match and really get an idea of what your tablescape can look like.

Joli + Heather said their favorite combination of prints to style is romantic boho and we couldn’t agree more! The layered patterns, mauves, tribals, and loose floral prints are such a fun + creative base for a tablescape.

When deciding on what linens you want to use it’s important to consider all of your options. Play around with all of the different fabric types like satin, velvet, brocade, organza, cotton, linen, silk, polyester, lace, or even sequins. We know all of these options can seem overwhelming, but we’re here to help you every step of the way!

At the end of our interview we asked Joli + Sarah what their main piece of advice to brides would be based off of their experience in the industry and they said:

Joli: “Get a planner! A planner will help you clearly communicate and translate your vision into the actual design of your wedding. They help coordinate between you, La Tavola, and the venue while keeping you on your budget, your timeline, and your design – keeping you grounded.”

Sarah: “Invest in a planner so you can have someone who is an expert in the field to help guide you every step of the way while relieving stress on your day. Also find a photographer whose style really matches with yours.”

Sarah’s photography style is to incorporate natural light and capture images that are light and airy! Her love of art history and glossy magazines have inspired her fine art editorial styled shots. Sarah defines her style as “classic meets lifestyle” and we couldn’t agree more because her photos truly tell the story of what she is photographing. For example how her shots of the showroom captured the creative space, the endless possibilities La Tavola has to offer, and how much fun we had in their showroom.
